Sunday: ClOSED to the public.
(If your boarding schedule falls on a Sunday, then you will have to P/U or D/O
the day before or after Sunday within our scheduled hours of business.)
Saturday: Open 9am-12:00. .
Monday & Friday: Open 9am-5:30pm. .
Tue -- Wed – Thurs: Open 9am-11am and 2pm-5:30pm.
Please remember, we are primarily a training center that offers boarding to our training clients as an added benefit to you and your dog(s). Our main request is that you do your best to be mindful of your designated drop off and pick up time, to ensure someone is here for you. ALL pick up's and drop off's are by your scheduled APPOINTMENT ONLY
BOARDING HOLIDAY SCHEDULE FOR 2012:

!!PLEASE READ NEW HOLIDAY CANCELLATION POLICY!!
Because of very limited space and a high volume of last minute cancellations we have been forced to change our policies. Holiday reservations must be booked with the understanding that a 3 day boarding ($60) can apply upfront at the time of making your Holiday reservation. We reserve the right to invoice you this fee thru PayPal. No registration with PayPal is necessary, just have your debit/credit and/or Credit Card available when paying your fee.
1. Cancellations must take place within the 4 days before your check-in time for a full pre-payment refund.
2. If your cancellation takes place after the 4th day of your specifed d/o time then you will NOT be refunded the 3 day boarding fee you paid upfront.
3. If you have fulfilled your boarding obligation with Alert K-9 according to your specified reservation, you may pay the remaining balance at the time of pick up with Credit Card (2.9% fee associated w/ CC purchases of $200 or more.), Check or Cash.
(***Please keep in mind if you live in the Brentwood or Delta area our boarding services will book up during
the kids school Holiday vacations and spring/summer breaks. Please plan accordingly.)
Easter / Sunday, April 8th:
April 7th is the last day for d/o or p/u by 12pm. WILL BE CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC UNTIL Monday, April 9th for p/u or d/o please schedule according to normal business hours.
Memorial Weekend/ Monday, May 28th:
May 26th is the last day for d/o or p/u by 12pm. WILL BE CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC UNTIL Tuesday, May 29th for p/u or d/o please schedule according to normal business hours.
July 4th/ Tuesday, July 4th:
July 2nd (Monday) is the last day for d/o or p/u by 12pm. WILL BE CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC UNTIL Wednesday, July 5th for p/u or d/o please schedule according to normal business hours.
Labor Day Weekend/ Monday, Sept. 3rd
September 1st (Saturday) is the last day for d/o or p/u by 12pm. WILL BE CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC UNTIL Tuesday, September 4th for p/u or d/o please schedule according to normal business hours.
Thanksgiving Day/ Thursday,Nov. 22nd
We are open for modified hours over Thanksgiving Holiday. Wednesday 21st open for D/O and P/U from 9am till 12pm, CLOSED Thursday 22nd, open Friday, Nov. 23rd and Saturday, Nov. 24th for D/O and P/U 9 am till 12pm.
Christmas Eve & Christmas Day/ Sat., Dec. 24th & Sun., 25th:
December 24th is the last day for d/o or p/u by 11am. WILL BE CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC UNTIL Wednesday, December 26th for p/u or d/o please schedule according to normal business hours.
New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day/ Mon, Dec. 31st & Tues., Jan. 1st :
December 31st is the last day for d/o or p/u by 12pm. WILL BE CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC UNTIL Wedneday, January 2nd for p/u or d/o please schedule according to normal business hours.
