BOARDING – START HERE

GENERAL INFORMATION

“At Alert K9 Training Center the safety and well being of your dog is our primary focus .”

To our past, current and future training clients, welcome to our exclusive boutique boarding and daycare facility!

If you are a longtime border with us or you have never boarded with us before you will find we have a very unique approach compared to most other facilities. Our primary focus as a training facility is problem-solving issues between owner and dog. We address a variety of breeds with a wide range of behavioral and social issues on a daily basis. For this reason, we only offer our boarding services to past and/or enrolled training clients.  The benefits of being a “private” boarding facility are numerous and allow us to maintain a level of quality, familiarity, and obedience during your dogs stay.

Creating a transparent and calming environment is very important to us. In our new building, we have designed an open floor concept with windows for clientele to see into the boarding/daycare areas. Also, keeping in line with our upfront, serene environment, we have a  ZERO bark policy.  We will correct for barking whether it be due to boredom or aggression toward a neighboring kennel. Our goal is to make everyone’s stay as calm and stress-free as possible.

RATES

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Our boarding services include boarding and daycare for all dogs that qualify. Daycare privileges are for approximately 3-5 hours, on our 14,000 sq ft  field, 7 days a week.  All dogs are housed in our newly constructed, 4800 sf ft building equipped with igloos, Kuranda beds, warm blankets during the winter months.

SOCIALLY & PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED DOGS:

If your dog has aggression issues, medical restraints, or cannot get out with the general population for any other reason at daycare time, the boarding fee is still $55 per dog/per night.  A lot of time and attention is taken to manage risk, comfort, and the general well-being of our furry friends with “special needs”.  We will always make an effort and allow intermittent exercise time for our “socially challenged” or geriatric dogs to stretch their legs in our isolated excercise pens as well.

TRAINING FEE

If your dog displays continuous unruly obedience or behaviors that are a detriment to his or the other dogs safety and require more than normal attention, you will be charged a board and train rate at the discretion of the trainer upon pickup. Our trainer will assess the needs of each dog individually based on the best interest of our staff and your dog.

Board and train rates are $100 per dog/per night

MEDICATION FEE
